What this site is

Highland Seam Roofing publishes a free metal roof estimator and refers inquiries to a roofing contractor serving Buncombe County, North Carolina. We are not a roofing contractor and we perform none of the work described on this site.

The estimate is not a quote

The tool applies published local rates to three general answers. It has not measured your roof, it cannot see your decking, your pitch, or your flashing details, and it is not an offer, a bid, or a contract. It binds no contractor. Only a roofer who has measured your roof can price it.

Rates and lifespans are typical, not guaranteed

Prices per square, service lives, and warranty periods described here are general figures for the Asheville area and for the product categories named. Actual pricing, product performance, and warranty terms come from the manufacturer and the installer, not from us.

Safety

Do not climb onto a roof to answer the questions on this site. Every question can be answered from the ground or from what you already know about your house.

The referral

Submitting the form with consent means we pass your details to one independent roofing contractor. We do not employ them, supervise their work, set their prices, or guarantee their availability, conduct, workmanship, or results. Any contract you enter is between you and them. Verify their license, insurance, scope, and warranty before work starts. We are paid by that contractor for the referral, as stated on the about page.

Acceptable use

Use the form for genuine inquiries about a property you own or manage. Do not submit someone else’s details without their knowledge, and do not use the site to scrape, spam, or test automated submissions.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of this site’s estimates, rates, or guidance, or from the acts or omissions of any contractor you engage. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
