Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what you type into the form: your name, phone number, an optional email address, the property address, your three estimator answers, and any notes you add. If you arrived from an ad or a campaign link, we also carry the campaign parameters from that link so we know which campaign the inquiry came from.

The estimator itself runs in your browser. Answering the three questions sends nothing to us. Nothing leaves your device until you submit the form.

What we do with it

We email it to one roofing contractor serving your area so they can contact you about your inquiry. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your details, share them with a panel of contractors, or add you to a marketing list.

Consent

Nothing is passed on unless you check the consent box on the form. The box is not pre-checked and the form will not submit without it.

How long we keep it

This site does not run a database. Your submission exists as an email in our mailbox and in the receiving contractor’s mailbox. We delete inquiry emails on a rolling twelve-month basis. The contractor keeps their own records under their own policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Your choices

• Ask us to delete your inquiry and we will remove it from our mailbox.
• Ask the contractor directly to delete their copy — we cannot do that for you.
• Tell a contractor to stop contacting you and they are required to stop.

Children

This site is for homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes will not be applied retrospectively to inquiries already submitted.
